Tuesday's To-Do

It's always interesting for me to find my old to-do lists. Here's mine from yesterday.
  • Drop off Ella at school (1/2 mile down the road)
  • Call Maima (my friend who cleans our house--I had to tell her not to come today because Isaac is sick.)
  • Stop by Barb's house (I had to pick up fabric for costumes I volunteered to sew for our stake Christmas play)
  • Bug Bomb the house (never got around to that one because I wasn't out of the house for the required 3 hours, thus our cockroach population has one more day to increase)
  • Get mail from Leone (our mailbox is about 10 minutes down the pothole road. We check it once a week because it's "so far away", and mail only flies in twice a week. Yesterday was a good mail day-- I got a letter from Sis. Fillmore in California, from Evie in Oregon, and the swimsuits for Ella I'd ordered from Lands' End, since there are surprisingly no swimsuits on island. Yay!)
  • Get Ike's medical card at hospital in Faga'alu (so he can see the doctor. He has a cough. And skin fungus.)
  • Pick up Ella
  • Swim lessons at 2:30 (Cancelled because several kids have dengue fever. Yikes!)
  • Return videos (to CTR video across the street--we watched Evan Almighty and Peter Pan.)
  • Eph's play practice at 6 (He's Joseph in the stake Christmas play and has practice every night but Sun and Mon.)
And the rest of my day was spent sewing Roman soldier costumes that maybe look Roman, but not like soldiers. At least they're easy.

So what's on YOUR to-do list?

Wish I had your energy and stamina while pregnant! Can't wait to see pics of the costumes you sewed!

Today mine was:
get up at 6:30 after not sleeping good all night
get ready for classes, grade papers, etc.
2nd period: try to make math bingo fun when the boys would rather talk about previous and upcoming fights they are involved with
3rd period: plead and beg for kids to pay attention to the review on solving equations so they can do good on the weekly quiz
4th and 5th period: teach Geometry and give a quiz (pretty painless)
lunch: go to a meeting while I snack on my banana. finish the rest of my lunch during my next class
6th period: same as period 3 except not even half as successfully because kids were being noisy and rude during the quiz, and I started crying!
2:30, leave work early due to my emotional imbalance, stop at Foodland to get stuff for dinner
3:30, try to take a nap cause I know I'm tired, but I can't sleep so I'll blog instead
6:00, have dinner ready for us and the missionaries
after that, who knows? It can only go uphill, right? Hopefully I've already seen the worst of the day. :)

Well, two days ago I finally made Paul a dentist appt to get a cavity fixed. He was referred to a pediatric dentist and the only one in our plan and not in michigan is far away...so he's neededto go since August *terrible mother*, Then I made dentist appts for Nate &Malia (once again, waay overdue). Let's see. Then the usual to-do list things of do dishes, laundry, take a shower(with a newborn I have to schedule showers...)Of course, pick up Paul at school, make a dish for 3rd thurs RS cooking club. Usually I get a few things on my list done, then the rest of the day turns into sit-on-the-couch and feed Elijah!
