For cockroaches mixing with personal hygiene, I'm gonna go with the "what you don't know won't hurt you" philosophy rather than the "knowing is half the battle."
Just remember that the fridge is a great place to keep things that you don't want to share with the other things living in your house. That is where I kept mine the whole mission.
