Isaac and Family Photos
Isaac is a silly boy. He's always been silly. Tonight we did a family photo shoot with our professional photographer friend PowerShot Timer. Check out how he's the only goofy one in all these photos.
I wish it were a 4 year old thing. That would mean Eleanor would be done with it by now. She is impossible to photograph. It's like she just doesn't understand that if she'll just smile normally and hold still for 2 seconds, I'll leave her alone. Instead, we spend so much time just trying to get one shot as I have to direct her. If I tell her to look at me, she turns her head to me but not her eyes. If I tell her I need her eyes pointed at the camera, she leans toward me, opening her eyes really big. If I tell her to say something when I take the picture, she says the word and jumps at the same time. Then, there's always the hands. She puts them in the wierdest positions, and if I can get her to put them down, the jumping comes back . . . or something else. Sometimes it can be cute, but sometimes I just want a decent photo! It's made me miserable on a regular basis.

Oh wow! Issac looks just like a mini-Eph when he was little! I love the one of him with his eyes closed and his mouth all gangster :)
