Egg Hunts

Saturday we enjoyed two egg hunts.  First the kids had a Primary activity at Maliumai beach resort.  Then we had an egg hunt in our yard with our neighbors.  My mom came into town again last Thursday, and she has been a huge help and lots of fun, of course!

Primary activity:

She did have fun, despite the frown.

Primary Picture.  Can you find Ella and Isaac?

Grandma helped the kids find eggs and get their lunch.

Then that afternoon our neighbors and some friends came over for a potluck/BBQ/egg hunt. Ella and Isaac decorated Easter egg balloons.

Enjoying the fruits of the day.

(Yes, that is a Halloween bucket.  We know no seasons here.  Easter... Halloween... just fill it with candy.)

If I looked that cute frowning, I'd frown too. They do stand out rather nicely.

enzo used his halloween bucket too. I hand made him a basket for his first easter and have lugged it around. He chose the plastic pumpkin. Oh well.

Is the second to last picture your back yard? If so you are spoiled!

I'm impressed that you celebrated at all after just having a baby. I guess the kids might have noticed if there were no celebrations hu?
What kind of face does Ella put on when she isn't haveing fun?
I really like the baloon decorating idea. I will have to remember that for next year as all the eggs here are dark brown and so they don't seem to color quite right.
I bet it is nice to be out in public and immediately be able to spot your kids in a crowd.

I didn't know Isaac's hair was getting so long! I love it. Owen looks awesome (sleeping in the background of the egg decorating). Hope you guys are getting some rest as well! What a fun Easter time activity. Glad your mom could come back so soon and help you guys out.
