It's been raining for days, and our poor iMac can't take the humidity. Me neither, man. Everything is getting moldy. Our friends without clothes dryers are either living at the laundromat, using our dryer, or preparing to shovel out $400 to buy one on island. If you hang things outside they get wetter.
Anyway, our computer is in the shop. They said it's working fine now, so maybe it just needed a vacation in AC. Me too, man.
So that's why I haven't been "around" in my online life. I'm living offline.
Also, Ephraim's in Hawaii. He's part of a scientific diving course in Kona. Right now I'm a single mom of three. So I have very little time for computing anyway. I'm occupied changing diapers, giving baths, nursing, disciplining, reading library books, picking up a million messes, and wiping mold off the walls. Wish me luck.

Hang in there. I hated the whole single mom thing when there was more than one! I hate the mold thing too. Good luck. You could always come visit me!!
Sounds fun. It's been humid here too, but nothing like there I'm sure. I can't even imagine how crazy life is going to be with three.

Wow, Eph's already here in Hawaii? You guys will be separated a lot then over the next little while, huh? When does he join you on Oahu? I can't wait to come and get you from the airport next week! Can't wait to talk to you and play with your kids! Good luck out there in wetland on your own. I know what you mean about the clothes outside. I have some towels and beach clothes on the line and they've been there for 4 days, trying to get dry, but they keep getting rained on. It's been pretty rainy here this past week, which has made for some nice background noise, but a very uncomfortable climate--HUMID! Anyhoo, love ya.
I feel for you! Nursing is so hot and sticky in humidity. I am a sucker for AC when I'm nursing in summer humidity. Sorry you don't have that option! You're awesome!
